Do you require a deposit?
To hold your reservation, we do require a deposit. The deposit amount varies depending on the boat which will conveyed to you before finalizing your reservation.
Is the deposit refundable?
In the event that a yacht charter cannot be attended, we offer the ability to reschedule the booking using your already-made deposit.
Are tax & gratuity included?
No, they are not included. A 7% sales tax and an 18% gratuity will be added to your total.
When is the full payment due?
Full payment is due 5 days before the charter date with the exception of last minute or same day bookings.
How many passengers are allowed on board a boat rental
Per Federal US Coast Guard regulations, maximum 13 passengers allowed including the charterer. COVID-19 may change the passenger count.
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
Absolutely! You can bring your own alcohol and food without any problem at all.
Can I play my own music?
All of our boat rentals include a sound system to which you can connect your cell phone through Bluetooth and listen to your favorite playlist. Let it rip 🙂
Are pets and other animals allowed onboard the yachts?
We love animals and would feel terrible if they get seasick, so as a general rule no pets allowed (though, some yachts are ok, please ask which ones).
